1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CreativeBooths.tools, you accept and agree to be bound by terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CreativeBooths.tools provides a suite of automated design tools for event professionals, including template builders, monogram generators, and AI content creation.

3. License and Intellectual Property (Read Carefully)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated assets subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Allowed Use: You MAY use the designs and templates generated on our platform for your own events business or for events of your direct clients (e.g., photo booth rentals, weddings, parties).
  • Prohibited Use (No Resale): You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the digital files generated by our tools "as-is" on digital marketplaces (such as Etsy, Creative Market, Fiverr, etc.) or as standalone stock assets.
  • Violation: Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of your account without refund and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • 4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
  • 4.2 Subscriptions: Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • 4.3 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of proven technical failure of our platform.

4.4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • You use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to abuse our services
  • You attempt to bypass our credit system or payment processing
  • Your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months
  • You share your account credentials with others

Consequences of Termination:

  • Immediate loss of access to your account
  • Deletion of all generated content (unless previously downloaded)
  • No refund of any fees paid, including unused credits
  • Forfeiture of any unused subscription benefits
  • Prohibition from creating new accounts without our express written permission

Notice of Suspension: We will notify you of account suspension via email. You may appeal the suspension by contacting support@creativebooth.tools within 7 days of notice.

5. Fair Use Policy (Anti-Abuse)

Our "Unlimited" plans are designed for the reasonable workflow of a human event professional.

  • Automated Access: The use of bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to generate assets is strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive Usage: We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that generate an excessive volume of requests that suggests non-human behavior or abuse of the service, at our sole discretion.

6. AI Generated Content

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence. We cannot guarantee that the generated content (images or text) will be unique. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any generated content before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". CreativeBooths.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be:

  • Posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date
  • Effective 30 days after posting for existing users
  • Effective immediately for new users

Notification of Changes: For material changes, we will:

  • Send an email notification to all registered users
  • Display a prominent notice on your next login
  • Provide a summary of the changes and their effective date

Continued Use: Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the service and contact us to request account deletion.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
