  • Account Data: When you register via Auth, we collect your email address and User ID. We currently support login via Google, and Facebook.
  • Usage Data: We track your generation history (timestamps and tools used) to manage your subscription limits and credit usage.
  • Temporary User Content: Images and text you upload are collected solely for purpose of generating your requested files.
  • Payment Data: Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your credit card details or financial information on our servers.

2.1. Google and Facebook OAuth Data

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we collect and use the following information:

  • Email address
  • User ID
  • Name (Facebook only)

Purpose of Collection:

  • Account creation and authentication
  • User identification and profile management
  • Session management

Important:

  • We DO NOT store or use your Google/Facebook profile photos
  • We DO NOT access your social connections or friend lists
  • We DO NOT post anything to your social media accounts
  • We DO NOT use your OAuth data for any purpose other than account authentication without explicit consent

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

  • Process and generate your creative assets (templates, monograms, videos).
  • Manage your account, subscription, and credit balance ("Pay As You Go" and Monthly allowances).
  • Provide customer support.
  • Important: We DO NOT use your uploaded photos or generated content to train our Artificial Intelligence models.

3.1. Service Providers

To provide our services, we share necessary data with the following trusted third-party providers:

  • Supabase: For database hosting, authentication, and realtime data synchronization
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers
  • PayPal: For alternative secure payment processing
  • Cloudinary / Cloudflare R2: For temporary storage and delivery of your generated images (24-hour retention)

All third-party providers are selected for their commitment to data security and privacy compliance.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and Local Storage technology to:

  • Maintain your session active.
  • Remember your language preferences.
  • Manage free trial credits for non-registered users.

You can manage your cookie preferences through our Cookie Banner settings.

  • Generated Assets & Uploads: Your uploaded images and final files generated by our tools are automatically deleted from our servers every 24 hours. Please ensure you download your creations immediately.
  • Account Records: We retain basic account logs (User ID, credit usage counts, plan status) indefinitely to maintain your account history.

7.1. Account Deletion

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data by:

  2. Include your account email address

Upon Account Deletion:

  • Your account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of request
  • All generated content (templates, monograms, videos) will be deleted unless you have already downloaded them
  • Your payment history will be retained only as required by law for tax purposes
  • You will lose access to all paid subscriptions immediately

Important: Download all your creations before requesting account deletion.
